The hotel, room and bathroom were all very clean, and the staff were great. However, there is a significant issue with the soundproofing of the doors. Noise from the corridors is very noticeable. We could clearly hear people walking past having conversations at a normal volume, as well as every door closing. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend considering a different hotel.

I have worked in the hotel industry for 11 years and this hotel is outstanding. The staff are amazing, the rooms are everything you need premium and clean, the restaurant is beautiful the breakfast was the best we have had in a long time and the pizzas were delicious. The outdoor area and bar was stunning overlooking the countryside. Honestly cannot wait to bring our family. What a gem thanks

Lovely hotel, lovely stylish rooms and clean. Really nice complex. We had some drinks and snacks at the teepee bar which gorgeous views. The food at breakfast was delicious and great value too. We stayed here as we needed easy access to the NEC…really easy and about £12 in a taxi. Would recommend

Stunning hotel, excellent value. Rooms were decorated beautifully. Shower was excellent and room spotless. Comfortable bed and plenty of tea and coffee available. Feels like property should be a 5 star. Space to hang clothes was also a bonus and room very spacious. Absolutely will return. I didn't have breakfast but will do upon return.
