This comfortable studio for four is located in the 3-star residence Les Balcons de l'Océan. It is about 400 m from the center of the seaside resort of Biscarosse-Plage and just 150 m from the beautiful extensive sandy beach. The studio has a living room for 2 persons with a double cabin (sometimes closed) and a bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave/grill and dishwasher. This studio does not have a balcony. Parking in the garage is available for a fee. At Résidence Les Balcons de l'Océan, you can book various apartments from four to eight people. For late arrivals, guests must contact the residence in advance during reception hours to arrange key collection. Online check-in and a security deposit are required. Without prior notice, access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
