"Clean room"

"I did not realize I was booking a hostel when I booked. It was also not clear to me that this was a hotel with a religious element; though I didn't mind necessarily, it would have been helpful to know. I will say it was clean and tge staff seemed nice and ploite and helpful. I was given a room in the very top of the hotel at the end of a dark hallway. As a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable being relegated so far from everyone else who was staying there. The window was situated high...

"The hotel was wonderful! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the on-site restaurant was not only convenient but offered great food and our room was so very comfortable! We stayed during the terrible heat wave that hit Europe and the hotel had installed individual air conditioning units that kept us cool and comfortable on days that were 105 degrees! The beds are great and we had everything to make our stay enjoyable."

"Paying for parking was odd but the breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Showers and sink backed up water immediately."

"Extremely spacious, well maintained, friendly and welcoming staff. Bonus that breakfast was included too. I was a bit taken aback at having to pay for parking overnight being in a residential area. Overall we will definitely return here if visiting Baden-Baden. "
