As others have said a very old and poorly kept cheap motel. Clearly owners are attempting to make it comfortable, but it’s rather old and dilapidated and needs some serious renovations. Tap in the bathroom leaks, the shower was poor, Aircon old and poor quality, and lots of old broken timber. Some positives include the TV was fine, it’s a great location walking distance to cafe, shops and pub in Blackheath, and the price is right. It’s not terrible, but only ok if looking for something cheap. I left a day early. 2.5 stars.

Very basic motel. Reasonably clean. Broken smoke alarm and copper pipe running exposed through shower. Not good for little ones touching it. Could get burnt. Milk given in a little jug so had no idea if it was still in date. Fridge was very unstable. I wouldn’t stay there again.
