This is the perfect getaway for friends and family, with many fabulous bush walks and bike tracks nearby, and only 5 minutes drive from the Hydro Majestic in Medlow Bath.

Please note the tariff is based on 6 guests. If you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 8 guests.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff, and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bathmats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.

Lounge Room: Lounge 1 - Lounge area next to the separate dining area and the open plan kitchen. The room has seating for eight people and a 48" H.D T.V.
Lounge 2 - This is a separate and sunny lounge area off the kitchen that contains a sofa bed, 55" H.D T.V., Xbox 360, D.V.D and a universal speaker enabling connection to any music/phone device. The room has seating for eight people and a well-stocked bookcase.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen with stainless steel electric oven, gas cook top, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and Aldi - coffee pod machine.
There is ample cutlery, crockery and cookware.

Dining: Dining table with seating for eight people.

Laundry: Laundry is located adjacent to the games room. A washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board are provided.

Heating: Natural gas central heating with thermostat and multiple zones allowing for temperature control.

Pets: Sorry no pets allowed.

Parking: Off street parking for 2 cars and ample on street parking.

Indoor Activities: Games room in a separate building at the back of the property with a half size billiard/snooker table with slate base including snooker balls and cues. A set of golf clubs, badminton set, books, toys and board games are also provided.

Outdoor Activities: A north facing deck, outdoor setting and gas B B Q.
