Bed very comfortable .interneet access very good .bus and tram within walking distances .local shops and takeaways close by .hosts cant fault helpful easy yo approach
The Golden Sands Hotel was a great wee stay. It was clean and in a safe enough area. Its location was just beside the Grand hotel which is a good landmark for getting off the tram.
Jim the host was very nice and friendly, and went out his way to research food options for a gallstone diet. We would stay again.
B&B clean, friendly host. TV not working so he upgraded me to a double. En suite clean and nice. Comfy clean bed. Even little cooler in room. Very enjoyable stay. Many thanks

From the minute we walked in, we was felt really really well we treated was really happy with the stay. I’m giving it 10 out of 10 cause I’m very happy with the place. It was lovely and spotlessly clean the bed was lovely and comfy. Nothing was too much trouble.. they no longer do cooked breakfast though which was a little bit of a letdown for me but not a problem. The guy dealt with it in a really good way so I was happy with that as well. Would I stop here again? yes 100% really enjoyed our day.

Home from home. Very nice comfortable stay. Close to all local amenities,bus/tram stops within walking distance. Great value for money, great hostess, great breakfast, Couldn’t recommend this little gem enough. Will definitely be visiting again!
Amazing hotel and good staff very good breakfast and good value for money and dog friendly Clyde loved it there definitely will go there again thank you guy's xx
Overall nice stay for 3 nights. Quiet and easy access for trams along to tower etc. close to shops just a 5 minute walk. Jim who runs the place pleasant guy and has a good wee place. Beds comfy enough and warm. Water pressure in toilet not great for a shower a drawback. We liked the location as it was further along from the main drag but as i mentioned tram stop only a 5 minute walk away. Would stay again as out the way of all the noise along the road although we did go along everyday but good to return to some peace.
Great experience, the lady owner are amazing person and we have eaten the best english breakfast possible everything freshly coked specially for you. The rooms are very clean and If I could give 10* i wuld. The lady does all the job herself and its amazing. Definitely will come back but next time with our dog :)
Stayed here with our German Shepherd dog, stayed in room 2, pleasant spacious room,
Little things that matter and made our stay very pleasant like loads of plugs for charging gadgets,
quite a few door hooks for hanging jackets aswell as loads of hangers, huge dressing table and mirror for hair n make up,
Easy checkin, couldn’t park in front of hotel but after parking in front for check in we had plenty of free spaces on the side roads,
The owner was very lovely made us feel very welcome and explained everything we needed to know also our dog had lovely cuddles off her,
We will definitely stay here again as the location is ideal for a lovely quiet walk for the dog and to the tower,
The b&b is convenient and located not to far from gynn square tram station
Their is a coop around th corner and a few burger and pizza places
The hotel was clean and welcoming quiet
Really great venue nothing was to much trouble will stay again

The room was spotless and massive! We had space for a playpen inside! It felt like it had just been refurbished! Deco was quite quirky and genuine, we loved it! Really well equipped with cups/glasses/ kettle/ coffee/milk etc. plenty of hangers, good size tv screen and plenty of windows for good vent!
Staff was awesome. They managed to welcome us in while respecting our privacy and giving us so much space!
Genuinely pet friendly and supportive. Just for your info, not only the endless beaches or the promenade, but Our dog had the time of his life too as just on the left hand (Gynn Square) there is an enclosed field he could run off the lead! The pub by the roundabout (The Gynn) is dog friendly too and family run with homemade food. You do not get that that often anymore!
Location is on spot as it is just 15/20 minutes away by foot from the Blackpool Tower/North Pier. So, we either walked or use the Tram, and you don’t get all the noise and craziness from the main roads/promenade. Coming from a daily commute of one hour+ driving this was actually quite relaxing!
Plus, as we visited off season, parking was not a problem either as we parked right by the door!
If we were come back to Blackpool we will definitively check their capacity when planning the trip!
Arrived at this property the lady was very unwelcoming seemed to have her back up straight away. We stayed the first night, my friend had let our friend stay as they could not get into their b&b & were highly stressed & unconsolable at the time. They left early morning. We went for breakfast & the lady in front of everyone having their breakfast rudely asked for the keys & told us to get out. Disgusting behaviour, she was not willing to talk about the situation & told us to get out, she came up to the room whilst we were packing shouting & screaming at us to get out & was ringing the police. There was no need for this at all luckily we managed to get somewhere but we have not been refunded for the 2nd night stay we were due to have. This lady had no people skills I do not know how she runs a b&b. We tried to tell her she was a young girl walking the streets her reply was I don't care! I definitely would not recommend this place & will not return.
