Cozy cabin nestled in gorgeous North Georgia Mountains!

2 bedroom 2 bath cabin with stylish upstairs loft. Granite countertops, pine wood throughout, custom wooden furnishings built by the home owner. Washer and dryer, TV with Netflix and Roku. WIFI. Large double decker porch in the back and beautiful views in the front. Kitchen is fully stocked with any and everything you need to make meals and memories!

This log cabin mountain has a rustic yet elegant feel to it, with its beautiful hard wood Oak floors, custom furniture and bear decorations in every room! The downstairs master bedroom has a queen-size bed, large windows which bring nature's beauty inside, and its own bathroom with shower and extra large tub. Upstairs is one bedroom- a California king-size bed. Upstairs loft area has a beautiful view of the rest of the cabin and a double bunk-bed. Second full size bathroom is upstairs.

Watch the sunset on the mountains from the front porch, visit any of the several local wineries, or make it an adventurous vacation by taking advantage of all the outdoor activities the mountains have to offer from biking, hiking, tubing and rafting, to scenic driving, shopping, apple picking and more!

This property is located off Richard B Russell Hwy, close to Brasstown Bald and Vogel State Park. Excellent for anyone wanting to hike the Appalachian Trail (trail heads are 3 miles from property) and relax afterwards. Great bike riding, fly fishing, and wineries are all close by as well. And we are just minutes from incredible waterfalls/easy hiking like Dukes Creek Falls, Raven Cliffs Falls, Anna Ruby Falls, and many many more! Stop by Pappy's Riverfront Plaza, where you can shop for antiques, Amish wooden furniture, or rent tubes!

**NOTE: there is a limit of 4 cars. Our parking area will not accommodate more than that.**

Location was perfect.

The property was clean and cozy. All of us enjoyed our stay. Would have liked a few more kettles to cook with. The surrounding trees were nicely colored when we were there.

Cabin experience

We were very pleased with this cabin and the property manager answered any questions I had being our first time ever going...we had a great time!!! And will definitely be booking this cabin again....I would recommend to anyone...can't wait to book another stay

It was everything we wanted and more

We were so sad to leave today but will definitely be back in the future. The cabin was absolutely beautiful! So clean and exactly like the pictures showed. The area is absolutely breathtaking. It was truly my best birthday ever. The sights were also so absolutely magical and all I wanted in a vacation. My little one enjoyed walking and playing in the creeks near by. Can’t wait to book our next stay!!!!

This cabin is so cute! We really enjoyed it. Wish we could've stayed longer. It's about 30 minutes to Helen on a windy road, which is a beautiful drive. Loved all the wood accents inside.

Relaxing, summertime vacation in Georgia mountains

The rental, check-in and check-out process was easy with no issues. The house is spacious with a charming bear theme. Plenty of pots, pans and other items needed to cook/eat with were provided and in good shape. I loved the master bathroom with the big tub! Nice to soak and relax in after a long day of hiking. The location and view are great, though we weren't prepared for the challenges of getting up the part gravel, part pavement road leading to the house, as well as going back down to the road. Not bad once you know what you're dealing with and how your vehicle will handle it. The house and grounds were fairly clean, but there were a few spots that appeared to not have been thoroughly cleaned after the previous renters. The pillow shams on our bed were clearly dirty, with stains and hair on them. There was also trash thrown in the garbage, not placed in a bag as stated in the house expectations, which had been left behind. The master bed was also fairly uncomfortable but my husband and I simply moved to the larger bed upstairs which was much more comfortable and problem solved. We also noticed confetti outside on the ground near the fire pit. There is internet which my children were thrilled about as well as Netflix and a dvd player. No issues accessing Netflix downstairs but the upstairs had a lot of trouble connecting. My dad lives in the area though so I know that the internet can be slow and/or unreliable every now and then. Small price to pay though for staying in the picturesque mountains, away from the big cities. Despite the few issues we had, I would definitely recommend this cabin to others and consider renting it again myself.

Great cozy cabin

We recently stayed at The Bears Den and loved it. It was close to many activities such as hiking and swimming. The cabin was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the bunk bed loft. Would definitely book it again.

Perfect mountain getaway

This property and its owners were AMAZING. It was the perfect retreat for our family “escape from reality”. The road leading up the cabin starts as gravel and then is paved. We drove a small front wheel drive suv that made it up to the cabin but we were spinning the tires a little bit. The cabin was spacious enough for the 4 of us and super cozy and comfortable. Surrounded by trees which means lots of spiders (most of them looked to be harmless daddy long legs). Highly recommend checking out Sunrise Grocery for souvenirs and locally made items and Nottley boat club and marina for pontoon rentals!

Great cabin near Vogel State Park and Blairsville

The property was off the Russell Scenic Byway and very convenient for the activities that we had planned. The king size bed upstairs was extremely comfortable. We had no problems with check in or out. There were plenty of clean towels, soap, etc.

Fantastic Cabin

This was an incredible cabin. It was just as described. So comfortable and peaceful. So close to so many state parks for hikes and waterfalls. Very well stocked. We would love to come back.

Will not stay here again.

First night we reported the jacuzzi tub wouldn’t work and we got a message back from the person that said ok will look in to it. The more we looked around the uglier it got spider webs everywhere. The worst part was the mice that came out every night at 9:30 pm. Was gonna pack up and leave but after reading the past reviews we stayed so we wouldn’t lose our money. Just ruined our 25th wedding anniversary.

Best cabin experience ever!!

My first time taking my family to the mountains of Ga and I fully enjoyed every aspect of the property! It felt like I literally went to my 2nd home and had everything I needed to make it the best time possible!! I will totally be booking this place again next year!!

Perfect

The inside was more amazing than the pictures show. The views on the way up the mountain from Helen to the cabin were beautiful. The cabin was nestled in a quiet, semi-private spot amongst the trees with some views of the mountains from the balconies. We loved it!

Perfect for a couple

The cabin was very clean. The check in process it is very simple and fast, same as checkout. The cabin road was a bit confusing the first time but we managed and everything went well as expected.

Peaceful and great location

Very peaceful and relaxing. Close to several states parks and waterfalls! The lane and driveway could be challenging in a car, we drove an SUV. We were very pleased with the cabin and the local attractions and restaurants. Would like to come again!
