"We drove the whole day from Amsterdam to get to this hotel. When we arrived, the hotel was completely closed with no staff available to help us. We had to drive back and look for another hotel late at night. This is the first time I have ever seen a hotel completely closed without any staff at all. On top of that, I asked for a refund because we received no service, but they refused to refund my money. Very disappointing experience."

Also they have a store on the bottom floor which was very convenient. They have underground parking and a place to do laundry for free. We had an amazing time. We would stay there again."
