"We recently had a three-night stay at this hotel. The location between Pontoise and Cergy-Pontoise made it possible to easily access the train station in either location without a problem. This property is also about a 15-minute walk from the 3 Fontaines shopping center. We arrived quite late on our first night, but the night watchman let us in and checked us in cordially and efficiently. He made sure that we could access the wifi and that all of our questions had been answered. We were greeted warmly for breakfasts. They were very good, offering both a few hot items and a variety of cold items. Everything was well organized, and the dining area was calm while we were there. Our room was small, but everything in it worked, and it had been satisfactorily cleaned. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was difficult to climb in and out over the side of a bathtub without any safety equipment. Also, when taking a shower, water leaked out from under the glass surrounding the shower. "

"Welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff. Easy parking out front. Breakfast could not have been better. Excellent local cheese, bakery, eggs and bacon to order, yogurt, preserves, juice, freshly made coffee or tea. Breakfast room bright and comfortable. Room large, shower with plenty of hot water, bed comfortable, everything I could ask for in the room. Would definitely stay again."

"I am a US business traveller. Stayed 70 nights last year. Not typically staying abroad so use that as context. This hotel is in a college/university area. It seems like there may be some short term living here in addition to hotel overnight stays. The common area is very large and has multiple places that you can work from. The rooms are set up like apartments with kitchenettes, living area, bedroom, bathroom area. There is no central heating or cooling so if you are used to air-conditioning, this wouldn’t be your choice. I was there for three nights and they didn’t service the room while there. The area is safe and centrally located, and the rooms were quiet at night time."

"Personnel très aimable, surtout le réceptionniste de nuit. Je ne reviendrais pas à cause du manque de confort : le matelas est tellement fin qu’on sent les lattes dans le dos en dormant. La chambre est beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos (visiblement prises avec un grand angle), il y a très peu d’espace pour circuler et tout est entassé. La moquette était très abîmée et tachée, donnant une impression de saleté. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, sans plus. En résumé : hôtel pour une nuit de passage seulement et, à mon avis, surévalué. Inadmissible qu’un Ibis ait des lits dans cet état ; ils devraient les changer d’urgence."
