Good place to stay, good bed, clean room, hot water. The breakfast was a problem. I watched the server scrape the bottom of the serving pans to loosen up the eggs cooked/stuck to the bottom. So the scrambled eggs had chunks of dried over cooked bits in them. I grabbed what I thought was a small blueberry muffin only to discover they were chocolate bits, not blueberries. The hotel is being remodeled so it is getting new rooms. Let's hope it gets a new food service.

For the price and the conditions of our visit, this is a good option. We needed a last-minute hotel during Labor Day weekend due to a family emergency. I picked this hotel due to the breakfast amenity, and that was one of the worst parts of our stay. I really liked the location, and Cracker Barrel is on one side, Wendy's is on the other side, and Dunkin is across the street. Cons: Breakfast was terrible, like inedible. - no juice during our entire stay (we had kids with us). - the eggs and sausage were inedible due to quality and flavor. - someone left a waffle cooking so long that we smelled it in the elevator, so the front desk had smell it too. I ended up throwing it away just so myself and the rest of the guests didn't have to be tortured by the smell. There was no way to turn off the alarm clock in one of our rooms, so we ended up unplugging it, but that is also the bedside outlet. Lastly, the tubs were disgusting. In fact, note to the cleaning staff: you need to clean the entire room, even what you can't see. - My senior citizen mom dropped her cup, and the straw rolled behind the bed. It was so nasty that I threw it away and bought her a new one.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever went to. Everything was on my maintained down the halls. My room was clean, had hair and dirt and grime under the bed and in the bathroom, I ended up calling Expedia to refund it. They had to go through the property and the property would not refund my money so I ended up leaving and went to the hotel across the street, which was much cleaner do not stay here you will get some type of bedbug or something because it is so gross

It was a last minute stay. I got to the hotel and the lobby was nice but the rooms. Put it this way I left a light in all night cause I felt something would creep out at night. The tv was angled upwards and not level at all, my room had a sliding glass door that had a roof top outside with curtains that barely block view into my room, security feature for that door a wooden rod at the bottom. Although the staff was super friendly I felt more like I was staying at an hourly rate hotel then an established hotel.

The only things that was great was the pool was open, my kids had breakfast every morning and the housekeeper was the only nice one that Worked there. Also there was only one housekeeper and 4 floors to take care of which is crazy to one have one.

We’ve stayed here many times yours ago but have never been so disappointed. The linens were old. Breakfast was not setup 1/2 hour after it was suppose to be. No coffee, fruit, eggs or yogurt. Staff was scarce.

The bathtub was very dirty! The tub was obviously stained and was never scrubbed. Black mold on the fixtures in the bathroom. The bed was sitting on a metal base that clunked with every move. The towels and wash clothes smelled bad also. Was not impressed.

I have never stayed here before but it is close to the airport so I thought it would be very nice. It was not. First, it smelled. The lobby, the elevator, the hallways, and the room all had a body order smell--very musky. When the elevator doors closed, I thought I was going to throw up from the smell. The room was not clean. The corners of the room literally had dirt. The bathroom tub was not clean and long dark hair was clogging the drain. Even the walls and light covers were dirty. Not only were the walls dirty, but there was also work done and covered up by cracking stucko that was not even the same color as the wall. Random caulk lined the bath tub and sink. The light covers were so dim and dirty, the room would not light up. Basically the hotel owners have done the VERY bare minimum to make the hotel functional. I will absolutely never stay there again and warn all my friends. I grew up in Kingsport and was in two to visit family. The standards for a hotel in Kingsport have literally fallen off the map. Do not stay here. The ONLY positive was the front desk girl saw that my online reservation was an incorrect room and she changed it at no cost. She was good at her job.
