"If you like character, this place is for you. Beautiful and unique Riad. Comfortable room and delicious breakfast waiting for us in the morning. They even prepared a to-go breakfast when we had to leave early our last morning. Pretty roof top particularly in the evening when lights come on. Great spot to go wander the Medina and come back for a quick rest or break from the busyness. "This riad has such a lovely atmosphere. The interior was clean and well decorated, felt very homely and cozy. The staff was also very polite and attentive, and pointed us to some local attractions within walking distance of the riad. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Fes."
"The staff was amazing. The receptionist Ikaram welcomed us with a cup of tea and invited us to wait in the garden. It was impressive to see how attentive she was with us while multitasking and helping other guests at the same time. She was so kind and responsive!
The riad is in a great location — just a few minutes’ walk from the Blue Gate of the Medina. The area feels safe and quiet.
The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and varied.

"I am happy with my stay , I was really looking for a traditional Moroccan place to stay and Ryad Alya did not disappoint. The architecture is very traditional and I can feel the local tradition in my stay. They also served the best traditional Moroccan breakfast and Idris was so nice to wait for me for my late check in and also for providing me good breakfast himself. I recommend this place in your next trip and they also have a transfer from the airport or from the train to this place."
"Quaint Riad in the heart of the Medina. Paul and Staff were fantastic. Peaceful and relaxing from our balcony overlooking the lush gardens in the center of the property. Pool is small but great for cooling off. Onsite restaurant is 5 out of 5 for food and wait staff. Really cant go wrong with this place. "
