"The room had no light - which was probably best because we were not able to see where the awful smell was coming from. The carpet was stained and dirty. The receptionist allowed for a refund that I am waiting on."

"Checked into the first room, the beds look like someone just got out of them no towels crumbs everywhere toilet was full not flushed. The second room had towels but you would not take a shower in there cockroaches were everywhere. The rooms are severely outdated and run down. The property was dirty and had trash everywhere I just can’t see how this place is overlooked by the inspectors."

"Went to see George strait and the concert was amazing. And the manager D was wonderful. Helped us out so much. Im handicapped and he went out of his way to help us.. thank you D and your team was great."

"After checking into the room I was washing up and noticed it was dirty behind the faucet, I looked closer and saw an old dried up contact lens. I went and told the front desk and they called house keeping. I decided I’d go for a walk. I was gone for almost 2 hours and when I got back the room still hadn’t been cleaned. I went to the front desk again and complained. One of the ladies there went up and personally cleaned it. I then went to the bar and ordered a rare ribeye and it came out well done, they sent it back and when I got it again it was closer to raw than rare. Kitchen manager came out and talked with me and he made it right. I normally don’t complain but for this price of room and steak my expectations were higher than what I received. Front desk ladies, bartenders and managers of the bar/kitchen were all super friendly and polite. If ever in Lubbock again I will give it another shot."

"The home was quaint, cozy, and easy to find, even though it is located in a more rural area with an empty lot nearby. The property had a comfortable feel and included a nice hot tub, although it was not quite ready for use during my stay. Kitchen supplies were very limited, with only one small pot available for cooking, which made meal preparation difficult. The space heater did trip the power once, but it was a simple fix by adjusting the fuse box. The ceiling fans were noisy and rattled quite a bit, and there was a cigarette smoke smell when I arrived, which may have been from a previous guest. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a few improvements would make the experience much better for future guests."
