"The customer service at the hotel is very poor especially at the spa period then the room conditions were not good. We had a Jacuzzi bathtub that kept the motor kept randomly turning on while we were not even in the washroom, we're showering or bathing the remote for the T. V didn't work, the TV was antiquated. The tile on the floor were not secure, said they were loose and rocky, and it was quite dated in underwhelming. The toilet when you would flush it sounded like an engine was running in the tank.It was beyond loud."

"Host was awesome, place was clean and welcoming! The heating system wasn’t very easy to use but we figured it out. Also the cold/hot stickers on the shower handle are switched, but still worked. Overall a great experience!"
