Perfectly located just steps from Main Street, this charming property gives you walkable access to Blue Ridge’s shops, restaurants, breweries, and local attractions, while providing peaceful, private spaces to relax after a day in the North Georgia Mountains.

The Main House features a fully equipped kitchen and dining for six, ideal for home-
cooked meals or morning coffee. The inviting living room includes two swivel chairs, a
plush sofa, an accent chair, a 42” TV with gaming stick, and an electric fireplace. Step
out to the screened-in porch with seating for four and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The Queen Primary Bedroom offers a Roku TV, USB-equipped nightstands, and an
armoire. The second bedroom, accessed through the first bedroom and bathroom, includes a full bed with storage underneath, smart makeup mirror, mini wine fridge, and washer/dryer. Both share a modern full bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

The studio is a private retreat with a trundle bed that converts to a king, a mini coffee
bar, microwave, mini fridge, and a 60” smart TV. The private porch features Adirondack chairs and a fire table, perfect for evening relaxation.

Outdoor amenities include a hot tub, grill station, wood bar seating, chairs, and a

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
We are happy to accommodate early check in & late check out's for $15 an hour when possible, if agreed upon before your stay begins. Unprohibited early and late check ins will result in a hourly fee of $50 as this can put strain on our cleaners and next guests.
