I noticed a number of homeless individuals nearby, and a few appeared to be under the influence of substances, which made the environment uncomfortable, especially during evening hours. "

"Place was under renovation. First floor totally gutted and littered with construction debris. Had to walk through there to get to elevator. Stayed on third floor which was new and nice. Felt unsafe as one door on the floor being renovated was propped open. We were not informed of any of this at the time of reservation and no discount was offered. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Everything was well-appointed and comfortable. The location was quiet and great for visiting Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. "

"Had no issues, other than I found some gross hairballs stuck to a couple of my towels. I know mistakes happen, so this isn’t a big deal. Otherwise, A grade stay. Staff wise, there was a certain morning crew person on breakfast was a little rude, but she could have had a bad morning. There was also a very pleasant gentleman that offset this. Overall, I had a good stay and will be staying here again on my next trip."

"The continental breakfast is nothing special but gets the job done, cereal, muffins, waffle maker, juice, coffee, and yogurt. Room was clean and included a mini fridge and microwave which is a huge plus. AC unit kept rattling but that might of just been my room. Overall, it was a good experience."

"Everything was very clean. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. 10/10. Would stay again. "
