"Love this hotel! This was our second visit. Disappointed that TV only worked part of day . Also no hair dryer or no extra roll of toilet paper . All issues were reported to client services. "

"We came to visit just to get away. Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but the mattress smelled like smoke bad. There was a lot of dust everywhere and the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. We checked out other properties as well. I liked the walk from the casino to the rooms. There was some really cool things to see on display. Would I come back? Probably so, but it could be a little cleaner."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It has potential to be a really nice place, but it needs work. The staff was AMAZING! The rooftop views were beautiful, but you could only see them at 5 o’clock when the rooftop opens. The staff was willing to have maintenance open the rooftop for me but I declined since they had already been so helpful. I assumed I would be able to watch the sun in the morning, but was advised the rooftop was closed. My main concern was the cleanliness, especially in the hallways. It just doesn’t look like it has been maintained well. I did feel safe as a solo traveler and the location is convenient keeping Uber cost down."

"The stay was fine. Check in wasn’t as pleasant as it should have been. The hotel clerk wasn’t friendly at all and the toilet in one of my rooms wasn’t cleaned properly. I also wasn’t happy that the bar no longer offers Michelob Ultra beer! "
