We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family. The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.

Great location. Traveled solo. Safe area. Local to everything. I didn’t have to Uber anywhere. Clean, comfortable. I recommend.

I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...

Hotel and staff are nice. The only quirk is that it requires taking two separate elevators in different parts of the building to get to your room, but no huge deal. Staff and amenities are nice. Breakfast is amazing and definitely worth the added cost. My wife got pregnant here, so 10/10 recommended the bed.

As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. "Fresh" squeezed orange juice daily. Complimentary beer, wine, sandwiches, small salads, coffee and tea all day. An honor liqueur bar. Very clean and well...

We had a short stay here, however it was perfect. The room was very spacious and clean. The lobby was lovely and the staff was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible views and a beautiful place to stay

Hotel is amazing! Location, all renewed (hotel and room), spacious room, parking lot on-site($21), nice reception service, open 24h!!! Plus: great social area for coffee and work over the reception. Two negative points: # I tried to manage the room temperature from the room and it did not work. It is December so it is not a problem but maybe it would be an issue if it was summer. # there was some hair on the floor and in the bathroom sink, shower.. I believe cleaning could be improved.

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to any of the popular tourist spots. But overall, we had a lovely stay there. And the rooftop deck and pool was a really nice place to go and relax.

Great place to stay! Staff were great and room was large with beautiful bathroom, walk in shower. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would strongly recommend staying at the Hotel Regina!

Wonderful! This hotel is close to everything, we walked everywhere. We had to take metro to Atocha train station and It was only a few steps away. The room with. Balcony was very spacious and great shower. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Will be back soon

I stayed at this hotel several times. This time with my dog. It was a very pleasant stay. Thé hôtel staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished. Hôtel is walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, parks. Overall a very great stay in Madrid.

We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!

FABULOUS stay-THE LEVEL 15th floor for a week, with personal attention customer satisfaction! Offered quiet repose for breakfast and opportunity for meetings plus all day restorative tapas and tinto included! The staff graciously accommodated a gluten allergy issue for not only breakfast but throughout the day providing for "sin gluten" tapas. We spent one night here after a football game before flying home to the States. It was a perfect location to Vincente Calderon stadium, walking distance, very easy. The room was a good size, with very comfortable beds and a nice sized bathroom. We ate at the restaurant downstairs after the game. It was busy, but the staff was very gracious while we waited offering a drink at the bar and light snacks, as well as a complimentary appetizer once we were seated to make up for the wait. Lovely...
