Room was clean, but coffee table had to be pushed against the couch because the legs were so loose. It would fall stains on the couch. Had a medical procedure the following morning came back to take a nap put a do not disturb sign on the door maid didn’t even knock just walked in the room with the sign on the door. I did tell the manager he said he would take care of it very very limited parking they were redoing the parking lot, which I can understand.

The room was secured for my sick brother with my card. Unfortunately the wrong date for the room was submitted and the front desk refused to let me change the date to that days date. In essence they made me pay AGIN for the room, and my brother, being not able I went ahead agin and payed for a second time. Expedia said the hotel refused to refund one of the charges. To say disappointed is not an appropriate word for how I feel and still feel!! I was double charged for the same night. In my book that is theft and I will never set foot in the door agin or recommend for anyone and have told everyone I know my experience. Hotel owner or front desk manager stole my money and took advantage of me not having a choice to leave. RIDICULES!!!! Karma will come back around for him. I was nice and did not make a scene….that is not my way….Im still mad though….right it right and wrong is wrong!! I hate a thief!!

Old, dark, hard to find, poor parking, not clearly marked with only a small sign in busy highway and then no follow up. One lamp in the corner of the room was all for light. Other fixtures missing. Repairs made poorly by amateurs.

Only light in the room. Opening a window you are looking into the parking lot so you can’t have light and privacy.

The front desk offered to help me carry in my luggage. That goes above and beyond regular customer service, that is down right awesome. The room is spotless, the appliances are brand new, and they have continental breakfast included in the room price. Best of all the breakfast includes waffles. Boaz is well worth the trip, it has it all plus so much more!

The room was clean and appears to be updated. However there is no elevator and the stairs were dirty. The side door though there was a key entrance was actually kept unlocked which made us feel a little unsafe due to the area it is in. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was some fruit but mostly continental type food, sweets, etc. not something we were able to eat because of health reasons.

Everything was great! There's a good choice of restaurants nearby and a Walmart right down the street. If you are in the area Tues.-Sat. you should definitely visit Mill Street Deli, the Mill Street Club is the best sandwich ever!

The place itself was great, and everyone was very friendly. The rooms were clean and supplied with shampoo and conditioner which definitely helped if you did not want to drag things along. The town itself is incredibly small, so if you are looking for a place to get away, Boaz is the town. Looking at where the location of this hotel was, I was not quite sure if it would be safe at first. The other hotel in town definitely was not in a safer area either. However, the people were great and my stay was great!

When I got there, its right next abandoned buildings its decieving they took just the right angle photos to cut out all the plus after seeing some reviews from past i asked about bugs the let me look in room before i got in there. There was no bugs but it was left dirty atleast for my standards and the main cleaning person seemed ill i even brought it up. She had them clean me another room. i have photos of first room just left on floor under bed, dirty grease prints left in shower on shampoo and conditioner so it was lazy cleaning. so it was about 40 minutes of wait time. this room was better the drawer where tv sits continuously would open by itself but other than that it was cleaner. now when i when i went to check out today i wasnt greeted with a smile or how was your stay even though it was same woman who booked me. she just said your checking out and i said yup. i just would think they would make point t/We did not feel safe here leaving stuff in the car.

the staff was great! no complaints there at all! the hotel is quite old. the second floor doesnt have ac in hallway, so its very stuffy in halls, but the room ac gets really cold! there is no elevator. ive never encountered that at a hotel before. theres an abandoned hotel right next door and looks really creepy. beds were comfy. was fine for a few days

Good stay

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s a bit outdated but I didn’t expect it to be a 5 star luxury hotel. I didn’t eat the breakfast but it looked like a normal hotel breakfast. I would stay here again if I ever traveled to the area again.
