"We had a really good stay overall and would definitely consider staying here again. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything felt fresh and taken care of, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was also very good. There was a solid variety of options and everything we tried was fresh and well prepared. It was a great way to start the morning. What really stood out was how pleasant and helpful most of the staff were. Nearly everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and seemed to genuinely care that guests had a good experience. The only downside during our stay was the person who checked us in and out. Unfortunately she didn’t seem very inviting and gave the impression that she didn’t really want to be there. It was a noticeable contrast compared to the rest of the staff who were so kind and accommodating. Aside from that small issue, we had a great stay. The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the majority of the staff made the experience a positive one."

"Prior to renting I asked the host if the heated pool and hot tub would be available in Dec./Jan. because our decision to rent this particular house hinged on a "yes". For the entire week of our stay, we never were able to use either, though we contacted the host (management company) every day. The pool heater was turned on the day we arrived in Dec. The pool had a leak and they ran a garden hose in to keep it filled, which of course just kept adding cold water to the already cold water. The pool was full of leaves, and the hot tub had brown, foamy scum all the way around the perimeter. The kitchen was poorly supplied. There was not enough silverware for the 9 adults to be able to sit and eat together at the same time. After asking for help so many times, the property manager became rude in her response. HOWEVER, after contacting VRBO, and their contacting property management, I believe there have been some changes made; and I received a PARTIAL refund. This does not make up for a ruined family vacation, but it's better than nothing and going to court, which I was prepared to do. "
