My stay was overall very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was great—especially the young woman who kindly upgraded my room when I asked. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the parking garage. The spaces were very tight, not handicap accessible, and located three floors below the lobby, which made it a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, a great stay and excellent service

My girlfriend and I loved the views and spent some time on the patio. The staff were amazing and friendly. The parking lot was very tight and difficult to navigate, but the hotel stay includes valet parking. There was some road work being performed that made access to the hotel a little complicated, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

Durante la recolección de la basura por parte del camion municipal, dejan muy sucio, con residuos y liquidos lixiviados del camion. Le avise a la recepcion para que enviaran a alguien a limpiar y nada, el olor era horrible y esta frente a la llegada y salida del hotel, esta es la segunda vez que lo reporto. Creo que el personal del hotel debe dejar limpio despues de la entrega de la basura al camion
