  • The Fabella House is a cozy, newly remodled beach front cottage. Unobstructed ocean and beach views from the rear deck, living room, kitchen and bedroom. Queen bed in the bedroom. Gas burning stove, satellite TV, w/HD, DVD/VCR. Nice wind sheltered courtyard in the front and just a short 10 minute walk down to the beach. The perfect place to relax and rejuvinate in comfort. Bluff top deck with hot tub. NO PETS

    Sonoma County TOT CERT #: 1788N, License #: LIC25-0355, Permit #: Exempt, Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 7 AM, Max vehicles: 2, Max Occupancy: 4, No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.
