"The hotel is in a very noisy area. With dogs barking on and off during the night. It didn’t help that the windows were closed the noise still came through. Room was small but clean what we needed for the night. We were plagued by children begging in the envions. What would be useful in the information for this hotel was that a 100 MYR cash deposit was required to be paid before getting the room. We did ask to have a late check out but it was refused as the hotel was full. The staff did assist...

"I paid to Merchant room rate is so much higher than hotel rate. Room facility very old and spoiled aircon and need to shift room middle of the night.hard to get car park around, cause us paid parking penalty rm150. Unclear TV channel. Not worthy to paid for RM260 pernight!!! Very disappointed! "
