Great Location but also needs some improvements

First of all, the location of is great. It has its very own pier and private oceanside area. The ocean is wonderful and the hotel employees keep the area clean by collecting any waste immediately. Unfortunately, the employees at the reception as well as the employees in the office right above the reception are not very competent considering expedia bookings. We were confronted very unfriendly with the alligation that the room was not paid although we handed out the booking confirmation. Three people (managers included) were not able to solve the problem and treated us very harshly. We ended up by having to show them our online bank account to proove that it was paid but they were still in the oppinion that we should pay again (despite the obvious matching booking and transfer number) until one of them figured out that they missed the fact of a virtual payment guarentee by Expedia in their own System. There was no apology at all from the hotel or their employees until now. This behaviour is not only very sad but most of all not tolarable for a five star hotel! Our Villa-Room was old but okay - not luxurious but avarage. Animation was nice. The food is a matter of taste. Besides, the beach-towel-system is not very smart considering new arriving guest - it would be a great solution to place the towels on the first day in the room. The employees - especially Mr. Eren from the customer service desk, the waiters and Tara(Spa) - are very courteous and helpful.

I wouldn't rate this hotel 5 star I don't know how did they get 5 stars should be 3 or 4 max Food was good, but shower was very low presure, fridge didn't work we ask them to fix a few times but they never did. Service was poor if you needed anything you have to ask 3 or times to get it for you.

DESERVES 1 STAR MAXIMUM! TOTAL SHAME! TERRIBLE

Terrible Service: they are not friendly, they are not answering your questions: go check it yourself they told me; you can't reach reception via the phone because they won't pick up, they impolitely wanted me to pay when I just checked in! if you requested something for the room you had to wait 3 hours at least to get it and always fight for it! Terrible Wifi connection: didn't work in our room only in certain corners of the room, we had to go to lobby to get a semi good working wifi connection! Terrible condition of the hotel: the lifts, escalators, golf carts, taxi vans: all of them old, and broken (or half broken)! one of the lifts to the "beach" didn't work (there is no beach its just the sea and some banks to lay, there is no sand) the airco in the hotel taxis won't work (38 degrees by day!!), the hotel's taxi service tried to rob us 2 times, once we had to fight to get our money back because they lied to us. not enough space at the pool, people reserved chairs waking up at 5-6 in the morning! NOT CLEAN! Our towels and bed sheaths were DIRTY! Toilet and shower not clean for a "5" star hotel level! We met many hotel guests complaining and we eye witnessed 2 people checking out before they were planning to without being payed back! total disappointment,total shame! will never stay there again...not suggesting to anyone! would want at least half my money back because the photos were more promising than reality! This hotel deserves maximum 1 star, NOT 5!!!

Saat 14.00 te girdigimiz otel resepsiyonu 16.30 da odamızı ayarlayabildi. Valizlerimizi taşıması için beklediğimiz küçük araç yarim saat sonra gelip bizi odamıza götürdü. Ağır bir koku nedeniyle odadan kendimizi dışarı attik . Oda telefonundan arayıp başka oda istedik. Hemen ilgileneceğini söyleyen sesler bir daha geri dönüş yapmiyordu.Esyalarimizi taşıyan çocuk hemserim çıkmıştı. Onu cebinden arayıp yardım istedim. Nihayet yeni bir odaya sevkedildik. Fakat bu odada da şifon ve telefon çalışmıyordu. Ayrıca hiç havlu yoktu. Yemekler konusunda çok mutluyuz çünkü zehirlenmeden ayrılmayı başardık. Yediğimiz içtiğimiz her şey sahte ve lezzetsizdi. Ailece bunun bir sınav olduğunu düşünüp kendimizi avutmaya çalıştık.

Accueil très décevant, manque de propreté.

Nous avons eu une très mauvaise *mais courte* expérience dans cet hôtel. - Comportement très agressif du bellboy de l'hôtel (car nous n'avons pas voulu lui glisser un billet). Après nous avoir clairement montré son mécontentement, il s'est permis de revenir et frapper à la porte de notre chambre pour nous indiquer ses règlements de séjour (nous étions 3 à venir à l'hôtel dont une personne qui prenait l'avion dans la journée). Bref, une attitude complètement inadapté qui nous a fait fuir l'hôtel. - La chambre était bien éloignée du bâtiment principal mais pas seulement: les oreillers sentaient mauvais, des verres sales ont été laissés sur le balcon, l'eau coulait sans arrêt dans les toilettes. Nous sommes revenus avec nos bagages à l'accueil pour signaler le comportement du bellboy et la saleté de la chambre. Le manager a bien voulu nous proposer une chambre différente, mais nous avons préféré quitter l'hôtel... Nous y sommes donc pas passé la nuit. C'était une très mauvaise expérience.
