The park residence, which was only built in 2011, is only a few steps away from the beach in Börgerende. The majority of the apartments offer a beautiful view of the sea. Each apartment is equipped with a terrace or several balconies and underfloor heating. All apartments promise parking directly at the house and a large number even offer a wood-burning stove.

Sunlit 3-room apartment on the upper floor with wide sea views and private parking space, which is only 100 meters from the beach. Please note: the fireplace is unfortunately not usable. The almond cream-tinged ambience of the living room attracts with many wooden elements and is an eye-catcher for nature lovers. The harmonizing living and sleeping areas allow access to the associated furnished balconies, which all promise a wide sea view. The inviting sleeping areas on the upper floor are equipped with a double bed and wardrobe on the one hand and a single bed and a folding couch (foam mattress) on the other. On rainy days, good multimedia equipment in the form of a flat-screen TV with cable / satellite, a radio, a CD player and a small collection of board games ensures a pleasant change. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, an oven and a dishwasher. Of course, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave are also available. The dining area with 2 chairs and a comfortable seating area provides cozy meals and is also ideal for social evenings. The modern bathroom includes a hairdryer and a walk-in shower. The separate storage room provides plenty of storage space for your luggage or other items and is equipped with a clothes horse. The holiday offer in the area is constantly increasing and in the meantime beckons with extended bike and skate trails, a riding stable, restaurants, the pastry shop Café Ottilie and the wonderfully beautiful sunsets. If you wish, you can also book a laundry set, a travel cot or a highchair for a fee. This is a non-smoking apartment in which unfortunately no pets are allowed. If necessary, you have the option of assuring yourself the right to one of the exclusive beach chairs at our special conditions. (EUR 9 per day, EUR 59 per week)

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and departure is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
