At the Villaensemblé Rosengarten in Börgerende, in the Villa Cara, we have for you a beach and sunny 3-room apartment furnished with about 59 square meters. The apartment is on the 1st OG and has a small balcony, which offers you not only a sea view, but also from noon until sunset sun and free Wi-Fi access.

The family-friendly apartment is furnished for four people. It is just a few steps from the sea.

In the lovingly furnished living area you will find a small sofa (2 persons) and 2 comfortable swivel armchairs. A large flat screen TV is attached to the opposite wall.

In the open kitchen and dining area you will find a fitted kitchen and a corner seat with table (extendible) and two chairs. This cozy seating area is also ideal for ending the evening in the company of family with parlor games. The fully equipped kitchen with microwave (integrated in the oven), ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer leaves nothing to be desired. In the two bedrooms you will find a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. The windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, so that they are protected at night from small, unwanted visitors. Again, there are flat screen TVs available.   The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a lighted wall mirror and a vanity unit with vanity unit. The bathroom window also has a fly screen.

In the spacious hallway next to the cloakroom is a cupboard with a small selection of books and games.
