The house is located in San Bernardo, a hamlet of the Ligurian village on the sea, Bogliasco. Dominant position with total sea view from Monte di Portofino to Capo Mele. Near the parish church. Access through two flights of external stairs (one to go down and one to go up). Upstream of the house there are two strips of property used as a vegetable garden and a garden with a BBQ table and chairs under a beautiful iron pergola

Pulmino leaves from the main square (Piazza Luce) of San Bernardo per Bogliasco. Elegant restaurant (renowned for its fish!) dominates the main square of San Bernardo Bar of the Society of Workers of San Bernardo open for breakfast, etc. Many paths / itineraries start from San Bernardo such as the popular and folkloristic peaks in the vicinity such as the ancient church of Santa Croce and Monte Cornua. Located in front of the house is the village church.
