Our quiet and cozy apartment is located in the residential complex Godewind, in the 1st. Floor - approx. 150m from the sandy beach and not far from the center of Boltenhagen (Meckl.).
2013/2014 completely newly furnished 2-room apartment (about 55mÂČ) with balcony for 2-3 persons - upscale equipment / good mattresses!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Ausstattung war prima und wie beschrieben. Sehr gut war auch die Lage. Der Strand war in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Start in die Badesaison

Ein schöner (fast zu) Kurzurlaub in der Woche vor Ostern. Boltenhagen war noch nicht zu ĂŒberlaufen, die See hatte 11 Grad - ausreichend fĂŒr das tĂ€gliche Bad am Morgen. Vom Quartier bis zum Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg. In noch kĂŒrzerer Entfernung ist ein EDEKA mit extra BĂ€ckerstand.

Sehr schöner Urlaub an der Ostsee. Bei kĂŒhlen Temperaturen schöne StrandspaziergĂ€nge gemacht und TagesausflĂŒge nach Wismar und LĂŒbeck.Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was wir benötigt haben.Auch die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe hat problemlos geklappt, vielen Dank an den netten Herren.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr gut gelegen, nah am Strand und zum Supermarkt. Parkplatz vorm Haus vorhanden. SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe hat gut geklappt, nette Vermieterin. Wohnung war gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, ausreichend Platz fĂŒr drei Personen, nur die KĂŒche hĂ€tte besser sein können.

Eine Grundsanierung der Wohnung ist nötig

Der Aufenthalt in Boltenhagen war wunderschön, wenn die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich, wie von allen Bewertungen abgegeben wĂ€re (Ich kann diese nicht verstehen) Die Fenster sind nicht geputzt, geschweige die Fensterbretter wurden irgendwann gereinigt. Das Bad geht gar nicht, es ist von der Toilette bis zur Dusche auszuwechseln. Die TĂŒren,(GlastĂŒren der Schrankwand)sowie der in der KĂŒche inkl. Fliesenspiegel sind total verschmiert. Die Heizkörper sind ewig nicht von innen gereinigt worden. Als ich die BettwĂ€sche abgezogen habe, ist mir fast schlecht geworden. Der Eingangsbereich ist in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nich einmal gereinigt worden. Und und und.....ich könnte ewig so weiter machen. Der Ort Bolenhagen ist sehr zu empfehlen, aber nicht dieses Haus. Mit freundlichen GrĂŒĂŸen Ihr Gast

Soweit fast alles in Ordnung

Wir waren ganz zufrieden. Helle ordentliche Unterkunft. Es war sauber und alle erdenklichen Utensilien standen zur VerfĂŒgung. Der versprochene Whirlpool war eine EnttĂ€uschung fĂŒr unseren Sohn, da der in der Beschreibung erwĂ€hnt wird. Das Bad ist ohne Fenster.

Mutter-Tochter Urlaub

Eine wirklich sehr gemĂŒtliche und ruhige Wohnung, ganz nah zum Strand, Edeka und zu Fuß max. 20 Minuten bis zur Stadt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit und haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen!!!

Positiv: - helle, in freundlichen Farben gehaltene FeWo - ausgesprochen sauber - umfangreiches Geschirr (z.B. 12 !! Kaffetassen) - vielfĂ€ltige KĂŒchen-/Haushaltsutensilien (z.B. Eierkocher, Ersatzbatterien) - notwendige Verbrauchsmaterialien vorhanden - bequeme Sitzmöbel - breites Doppelbett - Dusche mit ausreichend Bewegungsfreiheit und viel Wasserdurchfluss Negativ: der zu kleine Vorraum - und dass man erst nach Buchung erfĂ€hrt, dass BettwĂ€sche zusĂ€tzlich zu buchen ist. Trotzdem: Eine perfekte FeWo!!

Wir waren das 5. Mal ĂŒber Silvester in Boltenhagen. Dies war das beste Appartement von allen. GerĂ€umig, sauber, zentral mit allen "drin und dran" Wir waren rundum zufrieden! 👏 Der Hausmeister, Hr. Werner, der Wohnung war super nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, das Appartement war klasse!!!

Urlaub zum WohlfĂŒhlen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. In der Wohnung war es sauber, gemĂŒtlich und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sogar eine Fliegengitter TĂŒr am Balkon, sowie Fliegenschutz vorm KĂŒchen-und Schlafzimmer Fenster, das hat uns sehr gefreut! Die NĂ€he zum Strand war klasse und auch zu allen anderen GeschĂ€ften der Ostseeallee war praktisch. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Viele GrĂŒĂŸe aus dem Harz. Fam. Hesse

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wiedermal rundum genossen. Wir schÀtzen die NÀhe zum Strand und, dass wir unsere FahrrÀder im Schuppen unterbekommen. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden. Sie ist toll eingerichtet. Die Vermietung klappt super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung hatte alles was man fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. In wenigen Gehminuten war man am Strand und auch die City von Boltenhagen war nicht weit fußlĂ€ufig gut zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt befand sich gleich um die Ecke sowie auch ein nettes Cafe . WĂŒrden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen !!!

GemĂŒtliche Ferienwohnung

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung wo alles vorhanden war. Man brauch ca. 15 min zufuß bis zur SeebrĂŒcke. EDEKA gleich um die Ecke und viele Resteaurants in der nĂ€he. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
