Excelente Custo x Beneficio

Atendimento muito bom dos funcionários da pousada, em especial atenção que o Sr. Eric dá aos hóspedes. Ele faz os hóspedes se sentirem em casa. As cadeiras que pousada oferecem deveria haver mais controle porque os hóspedes levam para o quarto e não dão chance dos demais também utilizarem o benefício oferecido pela pousada.

Decepcionante... fotos "fake".. horrivel

Local horrivel, nao recomendo. As fotos que postam no site sao pra la de "generosas"... O quarto tem cheiro de mofo, as postas dos armaruos tem mofo impregnado, as roupas de cama sao surradas e etavam com areia.. Bombinhas e linda, mas procurem outro local para se hospedar.

Sem manutenção! Horrível!

Ficamos esperando 1 hr até que alguém viesse nos receber quando chegamos. Hotel sem manutenção alguma. Ar condicionado só começou a gelar depois de 3 horas ligado. Chuveiro pinga pinga, e banheiro inundado a cada banho pois a caída de dentro do box não é correta, box não fechava e o banheiro com cheiro de fossa o tempo todo. Maçaneta da porta caindo. Café da manhã sem mts opções e com louças sujas. Sem falar que cobram mais caro que na beira mar para alugar guarda sol e cadeiras. NÃO RECOMENDO E NÃO VOLTO!

Nossa estadia em familia foi ótima, tivemos um acolhimento pelos funcionários como estivevessemos em casa, local pertinho da praia, tem cadeiras e guarda sol para alugar bem baratinho, tem churrasqueira e pessoal empresta tudo o que precisa. Quero agradecer em especial ao funcionário Alex pela sua educação, simpatia, ao Leonel tb sempre atendendo todos nossos pedidos e ter deixado ficar mais um pouquinho após o permitido! Local simples, bem familiar indico e voltaremos logo!

4 Ilhas bello lugar

Lindo hotel, cómodo, y próximo a la playa de 4 Ilhas. Ubicado a 5 cuadras del centro de Bombinhas. Excelente atención de los recepcionistas Ali y "Dali". La playa es bonita. Tiene olas medianas. Suelen elegirla surfistas.

Faltou comunicação via Expédia antes do check-in. Mandei um mensagem e fui ignorado. Chato, pois se a empresa/hotel usa o serviço também poderia utilizar as ferramentas que ele oferece. Ar condicionado barulhento; não tinha poltrona/cadeira no quarto. Os móveis eram bem usados já, com aspecto de gastos. Bastava fechar um armário para acordar o vizinho. Portas com problema(a de entrada enroscava a chave, a do banheiro não fechava). Piscina no 3º dia estava muito suja - parecia que não limpavam. TV aberta, somente pegando dois canais. Wi fi excelente. Funcionários muito gentis e prestativos- estavam fazendo o melhor. Café da manhã muito bom. Tive a impressão que passam por problemas de má gestão mesmo.

Hotel decente pertinho da praia de 4 Ilhas

Hotel bem tranquilo e limpo, a uma quadra da praia. Os funcionários são excelentes, cumpriram com a reserva mesmo tendo avisado ao Expedia que não poderia receber ngm devido à uma reforma.
