This hotel was a dream. We got the bungalow with sea views on two different beaches and two little private terraces, featuring a slick design and bathtub in the main bedroom. Breakfast was incredibly varied and well crafted, and it was served by the pool overlooking the ocean. The staff was very polite and helpful, we had everything we needed. Food at the restaurant was also impeccable, we had grilled octopus which was great. The spa was a great touch offering sauna and jacuzzi. The hotel is in walking distance from the town and has a partnership with two local beach clubs allowing a stress free beach time at the nearby beach which is a few minutes away on foot. We also got fresh beach towels supplied everyday. The only downside is that the stretch of street leading up to the hotel is really rundown and also the little street going up to the parking near the bungalow is really steep and rundown, but it's still drivable. All in all would love to go back.

Poderia ser ótima

A pousada é bem grande e nada intimista como parece ser pelas fotos, nota-se que aumentaram muito o numero dos quartos para uma estrutura pequena de piscina e restaurante, que aliás oferece almoço, mas estava fechado durante a estadia. Café da manhã fraco e com muita fila pelo espaço físico claramente insuficiente. Piscina bacana, mas pequena para tantos quartos, gerando super lotação. Funcionários da recepção nada simpáticos e solicitos. Mas o pior foi não ser informado que a pousada está em obras, e em uma viagem de descanso ser acordado as 09 da manhã com barulhos de serras, furadeiras e marteladas em frente sua janela, além de uma manutenção com as mesmas ferramentas no quarto ao lado as 21 horas, e o desconforto de passar no meio das obras com funcionários trabalhando para acessar toda a estrutura da pousada. Quando solicitado outro quarto mais afastado das obras, disseram só haver suítes mais caras disponíveis e que eu teria que pagar a diferença. Travesseiros péssimos, e colchão de molas nitidamente velho pela dureza e desconforto.

Lugar maravilhoso com uma linda vista para ambos lados, piscina com borda infinita, sauna e hidromassagem, fica bem próximo das praias. Tudo estava maravilho, amamos os apartamentos no alto com uma vista para as duas praias e também amamos ficar a família juntos em apartamentos lado a lado. Os funcionários super atenciosos, mais com uma atenção super especial do restaurante Arbo Gastrobar. A Juliana e o outro rapaz argentinos foram super nota 10, aliás 1000. A estadia foi boa. O Restaurante era fraco apesar da simpatia dos funcionários. A estrutura da pousada nao é adequada para dias chuvosos, pois ao contratar quarto com varanda vista para o mar, chovia dentro da varanda impossibilitando utiliza-la e ir para o restaurante era sem nenhum caminho com alternativa para dias chuvosos.

A pousada é ok. Estava com uma expectativa maior com relação aos serviços, café da manhã, piscina e etc ... acho que pode melhorar muito isso. Chuveiro do quarto muito fraco, cama um pouco pequena. Se o objetivo é passar os dias fora da pousada nas praias, a pousada é muito bom, se o objetivo é ficar na pousada para descansar, para usar os serviços, acredito que tem muito a melhorar.

Pousada boa, porém com falta de respeito com o hóspede. A pousada tem uma jacuzzi de uso coletivo, que vc agenda horário para usar, mas não foi me informado que estava sendo cobrado para poder usar! Sendo que já me hospedei outras vezes é não era cobrado. Achei um absurdo vc pagar a hospedagem e ainda ter que pagar para usar a banheira, e detalhe, não foi falado que seria cobrado, tive essa surpresa só no final da hospedagem! Decepcionada com isso! Pagar pra usar uma jacuzzi, nunca vi disso em nenhum hotel! Não recomendo!
