The open concept apartment has a cottage style all its own. The perfect place for anyone wanting a break, getting away from it all, and just slowing down. Filled with antiques, vintage and original art, the apartment is ideal for a single or couple. The Large windows and 8’ ceiling give the feeling of space and light.
The apartment has all amenities including
Washer/Dryer, Wifi, all cooking utensils, dishes, linens etc. No dishwasher or TV This space is especially perfect for artists, writers, anyone wanting to experience rural Bonavista living at it’s finest. The studio is directly connected to the apartment. It is 12’ x16’ and has running water. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS and PLEASE NOTE!!!, maximum initial rental contract is 90days.

No smoking inside but you can out front by the firepit IF you clean up your butts!!!!!
NO PARTIES and quiet time from 10pm to 8 am is out of respect to guests upstairs
15% tax and the cleaning fee of 80$ will be collected from you directly upon arrival.
