Summary:
Experience the perfect getaway at our charming compound, comprising three distinct units nestled on the same property. Unit A is a spacious 2-bedroom main house, Unit B is an attached studio apartment, and Unit C is a standalone guest house. Each unit offers private bathrooms with glass-enclosed showers, stackable washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchens.
The Space:
Unit A: The main house features a modern open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, along with a dining area. Abundant windows fill the space with natural light. Both bedrooms offer comfortable Queen beds, with one bedroom boasting a window and closet, and the other featuring a TV. The recently upgraded bathroom showcases a new single sink vanity and a glass-enclosed shower. A convenient utility room houses the washer and dryer, as well as a dedicated space for sandy shoes and sandals. Two beach chairs are provided for your use at the nearby beach, just over 5 miles away. Enjoy the outdoors on the patio, overlooking the grass courtyard and offering views of the attached studio and guest house.
Unit B: Located at the back left of the main house, this studio apartment has its own separate outdoor entrance. The main living area welcomes you with a small dining area, a desk and chair, and two armchairs with a coffee table. The kitchen boasts retro-style appliances, quartz counters, hardwood cabinets, a 2-burner hot plate, and a coffee maker. The full-sized bathroom, with a glass-enclosed shower, also houses the stackable washer and dryer. The King-size bed and wall-mounted TV on a swivel mount provide comfort and entertainment.
Unit C: As you enter the guest house, you'll be captivated by the open floor plan, tall ceilings, and abundant natural light. Set apart in the back of the compound, the guest house enjoys a large grassy courtyard, separating it from the main house and attached studio. The well-equipped kitchen features seating for four, quartz countertops, hardwood cabinets, and stainless appliances. A window behind the sink enhances the bright ambiance and offers a view of the side yard and BBQ grill. The seating area includes two chairs, a coffee table, and a sofa that converts into a bed. The walled-off bathroom showcases a glass-enclosed shower, and the stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located inside.
Each unit is equipped with its own door lock and unique access code. The studio apartment has an exterior entrance only, ensuring privacy from the main house. The guest house stands independently behind the main house and studio apartment.
Nestled in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs, this property allows for easy walking access to various attractions, including The Survey Cafe, Chartreuse Craft Cocktail Lounge, The Wonder Gardens, the brand new Library, Riverside Park, Downtown Coffee and Wine Company, and more! The closest beach, Bonita Beach, is a convenient 5-mile drive away, providing a picturesque coastal retreat.
To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.
This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager
It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
