This 5-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Boone. With 4 queen beds and 1 king bed, guests find plenty of space to relax. The 4 bathrooms include features like a jetted bathtub and bidet, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. Please note that only the first floor is available for short term rental for 4 people but the whole house will be available to you (maximum 10 people) with minimum 30 days rental. the first floor has two bedrooms and two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, pool table, spacious covered balcony etc.

Our host was accessible through out our stay to answer any questions or take care of things if needed. He actually came and shoveled snow to help with the driveway. Knowing the host was accessible and willing to make sure our stay was comfortable even during ice and snow was awesome. The home was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The open concept made it easy for family to gather and enjoy games, food and just sit and watch TV and have good conversation. The home was close to town but still has woods in the back of the home with an upper and lower deck. I highly recommend this home for your next get away.
