This pretty, shingled cottage is only minutes away from downtown Boothbay Harbor, yet so peaceful you can enjoy the sound of loons echoing across the harbor.

Let the distant hum of ocean waves lull you to sleep from the 3 bedrooms located on two floors. With 2 bathrooms you will have plenty of privacy. On the first floor there is a large king bedroom with a TV - and private bathroom with shower/tub. This offers a

bit more privacy and space for parents or teenagers sharing your vacation.

Upstairs you have a bright, open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen drenched in sunlight. Relax on stressless chairs or a velvet sofa in front of the 50 inch smart TV.

Cook dinner in the sleek and modern kitchen, fully equipped and furnished with new appliances and a Bosch oven. Enjoy a cocktail or BBQ on the deck, which is right off the kitchen.

At the front of the house are two more bedrooms, one with a desk for your laptop.

A brightly tiled family shower room completes the picture.

Outside you will find a small patio where you can sit and watch the deer nip through the trees. Play a game of cornhole or watch the kids build fairy houses.

Lobster restaurants are a 5–10-minute walk down the hill, or you can catch the trolley (outside Brown’s Wharf) for a 5-minute trip into town. The walk to downtown Boothbay Harbor is 15-20 minutes, even at a leisurely stroll.

The home has radiant heating throughout, plus a gas fire in the living room, to ensure your comfort no matter what the weather. Shelves lined with books to share and games to play will keep you busy even on those rare rainy days. A laundry room is located off the garage. There is no charge to use the machines.

There is a lockbox allowing you self-access 24/7. We will text you your unique code on the day of your arrival. If you would like us to personally greet you and introduce you to the house, please just let us know!

There is plenty of free parking in the driveway, however the garage is not available for guests’ use.



Guests must follow the directions supplied to use the gas fireplace.

Respect quiet times from 10pm - 8am.

No pets or smoking.

Garage is not available for guests to park cars in.
