Henann Prime is well maintained and have kind and friendly staff who, the majority, speak English that you don't need to use a translator app for the local dialect. Food selection is amazing within and around the area if you have an open mind to local/national cuisines. As well, they do serve international food or you can take an e-transport (60-100$ PHP) to drive you to "D Mall" in Station 2 for additional dining/shopping options. A few things to be mindful off: there are limited sunbeds, facilities are split between 2 buildings (street or beach front), local vendors sell in front of the beach property, you will walk through the dining area to get to the beach, there are voids between tiles in the pool (watch your step), and there are no identifiers (resort bracelet tags) to indicate if you are a staying guest (people may walk in from the beach that may not necessarily be guests of the resort to use the facilities). Overall, check-in/out process was smooth and they accommodate most requests within reason if available. Being kind and courteous goes a long way. Will look forward to staying at sister resorts in future stays.
