good stay in bordeaux, hotel was in convenient location, around 10-15 minutes from centre. although the room had simple cooking facilities which we didnot use, the room was a little cramped if you were eating in, and did not just sleep there.

Room was dated, woodchip wall paper, needed a refresh, door handle fell off the inside of the door and there was black mould in the bathroom shower. Didn’t use the swimming pool as it was too far away from the main building. Only 2 small toilet rolls provided for a weeks stay, room wasn't cleaned daily like in other hotels. No complimentary tea bags or coffee in room.

The room was great, only real downside was no air conditioning (we were there during a heat wave) but there was a fan provided so that gave some comfort. Room was spacious enough and clean. Location is good, close to a grocery store and a couple cafes. Public transportation is about a 7-10 minute walk away for tram stops.

Awful stay

No information about late check ins. No information about check outs. Room was not what was sold in the pictures. Eventually Got the room we paid for but only for the last two nights of trip. Toilet was broken on arrival so I fixed it myself as I couldn’t contact anyone. Horrible smell in bathrooms. Showers were disgusting and such low pressure. New room was abit better but still not great. We paid for a room with full access to pool but the next day when searching for the pool we found out it was closed. This wasn’t written on the website or told to us before arriving. One of the main reasons for choosing this apartment was for the pool. The receptionist was pleasant enough but really couldn’t help. I asked for a full refund (for the remaining nights) and to leave the hotel immediately but the hotel refused as the manager wasn’t in… we had a complimentary breakfast but really wasn’t anything special. Beds were so uncomfortable that I woke up over and over again. Overall I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Un très mauvais souvenir

L’hôtel est répertorié comme étant dans le centre ville: ce qui n’est pas, car il est à 2 km voir 2 km et demi du centre-ville. Cela comporte une organisation des trajets qui implique parfois une dépense ultérieure (taxi, Uber). Le lieu est généralement propre mais mal tenu, la poignée de ma porte d’entrée était cassée (elle m’est restée dans la main au moment de la fermer de l’intérieur). La pièce était froide, il y avait pas une prise à côté du chevet, il y avait juste une abat-jour (dans une chambre pour deux personnes). La télé ne fonctionnait pas. Je restais 2 nuits, donc je me suis plaint: j’ai demandé un geste commercial (qu’on m’a pas offert), d’annuler la réservation pour la 2eme nuit (pas possible sans frais car « j’en m’avais pas choisi au début l’option »). Dans l’après-midi la poignée a été fixé et la télévision fonctionnait (4 chaînes seulement…). Pour un total de 120 euros par nuit petit déjeuner exclu je trouve inadmissible un service pareil. Un arnaque. Je déconseille vivement.

Le studio était propre mais tout y est très vieilli et austère. Même pas un sachet de thé, pas d'interrupteur lumière à côté du lit, mal insonorisé, chauffage bruyant, personne à l'accueil un samedi à 17h... Le personnel au téléphone et sur place le matin est serviable mais on déplore que l'hôtel se passe d'un tel service humain.

Hotel bien situé personnel accueillant et sympathique. Petit bemol pour la salle de bains mini baignoire dont les robinets sont places au milieu ce qui fait qu on se cogne en prenant sa douche et de l air passe a la fenêtre près de la prise électrique c est dommage.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sehr schrecklich hier. Obwohl in unsere Buchung "tägliche Reinigung" gestanden ist, haben Sie trotzdem nicht geputzt. Am nächsten Tag die haben sie von uns Geld verlangt (für Handtücher und Badetücher). Alle Mitarbeiter waren nett (besonderes Camilla). Nur mit einer Mitarbeiterin haben wir Probleme gehabt. Sie hat immer von uns zusätzlich Geld verlangt. Wir werden dieses Aparthotel nie wieder buchen.

Notre chambre avait une fuite dans la douche et la porte fenêtre était défectueuse. On nous a changé de chambre très vite . La seconde chambre avait un problème de serrure sur la porte d'entrée. Cet établissement aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation pour son attractivité et rester dans les standard des autres adagio. Personnel sérieux , réactifs et fort sympathique.

La entrada fue horrible,llegamos muy tarde sobre las 11 de la noche y no había nadie en recepción ,un frío de morirse y cansados ,tirados en el holl de la entrada.No nos enviaron email con el número de caja fuerte para recoger el sobre con la llave de la habitación y el tlf de urgencia era imposible ,salía una operadora hablando en francés ,dar las gracias a esa persona que sin decirnos nada y vernos allí tirados con las maletas,llamo a la recepcionista y a la una de la mañana pudimos ir a nuestra habitación .También decir que la cama incómoda no ,lo siguiente .Mejor siempre cama doble.El resto muy bien,agradecimiento nuevamente a esa persona que se compadeció de nosotros y nos salvó de no pasar la noche tirados en una silla.Gracias de corazón
