Located in the heart of the historic centre of Bordeaux, on the ground floor of an architectural charming set, this apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in a contemporary style. It can welcome 4 people.
Quiet, its windows open on to a large indoor courtyard, isolated from the street with a carriage entrance.
The apartment is situated in the city centre, in the Saint Pierre district, the heart of the historic center of Bordeaux.
Saint Pierre district will charm you with its ancient paved streets,its church,its square and its many restaurants.
Quays of Garonne,the Sainte Catherine Street,the Opera,the Place de la Bourse,the Place des Quinconces, the Porte Cailhau,the Grosse Cloche, the Andrew Cathedral,the Rohan Palace(City Hall) are just minutes on foot.
Private covered and watched parking (place Camille Jullian, 50 m away from the apartment). If you wish to use public transports, tram, bus and bike station are at approximately at 2 minutes. The train station is at 5 min.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem das herzliche Willkommen von Alain war prima. Das Apartment ist in einer sehr schönen Gegend von Bordeaux und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, die Stadt zu entdecken.

Great location and wonderful host

Loved our stay in Bordeaux. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. It helped to have access to a washer/dryer. Alain was a great host and helped with all of needs for our stay.

Appartement très fonctionnel

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Malgré l'animation des rues adjacentes, il est très calme. Il est très bien agencé, rien ne manque. L'accueil du propriétaire est particulièrement attentionné, ses conseils et recommandations ont été très appréciés.

Au coeur de Bordeaux

Petit appartement parfait en tout point, situation on ne peut plus urbaine bénéficiant d'un calme digne de la campagne. Ancien relais postal, la cour aux murs de tuffeau est lumineuse, tout comme l'accueil qui nous a été réservé. Ce fût une escapade Bordelaise riche en découvertes, architecturales notamment. Un gran merci!

Idéalement situé

Au cœur du quartier St Pierre, à une minute de la Place Camille Julian, à deux minutes des places St Pierre et du Parlement et de leurs terrasses, proche de tout ce qui est à voir dans le Vieux Bordeaux, à pieds, en vélo, en tram, l’emplacement est prémium ! Accueil courtois et fort sympathique (merci pour les cannelés !), au calme sur cour d’un vieil hôtel XVII°, de quoi garer nos vélos en toute sécurité sur place et notre véhicule en parking souterrain à 50 mètres. Quarante-huit heures à Bordeaux très agréables à partir de ce camp de base idéal !

Excellent base in Bordeaux

A well presented apartment in an historic building in the heart of the old town. Very close to restuarants, bars, and most sights and very quiet. Alain is a charming and helpful host providing a lot of information on things to see and do.

Perfekte Lage um Bordeaux zu erkunden

Sehr ansprechende, praktische und durchdachte Wohnung. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Stadtaufenthalt braucht. Lage phantastisch in der Altstadt, nahe einer Parkgarage und nahe bei der Garonne.

Great location, quiet in midst of historial district, latest comforts, warm welcome - Super!

Wonderful introduction to Bordeaux! Lively squares, restaurants, shopping and night life just steps away from this apartment on a quiet side street. Alain was a gracious host, there to greet us, share information about the city and show us all the amenities of this very comfortable apartment. Alain went above and beyond on the day we left! We needed to take a bus and then the tram to get to the airport. He could see we were a little confused and so he took us (and our luggage) first to the bus stop, on the bus (!) and then to the tram stop - so kind! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bordeaux. Merci bien, Alain!

Central location

We very much enjoyed our visit to Bordeaux. The apartment was located in a central location, close to sites and shops. It was easy to find and the public parking garage convenient to the property. The apartment was comfortable. We'll definitely book it on our next trip to Bordeaux.

Cute apartment in a great location

My husband and I recently spent 2 nights in this apartment. It is on a ground floor (was so glad did not have to lug my big bag up the stairs) but very quiet. It is in a building from I think 18th century. The apartment itself is very modern and clean. It is big enough for a couple. It is very well located from all the main attractions and close to tram lines. We walked everywhere other than Cite de Vin. Also close to shopping areas and many restaurants. Alain was a very good host. He replied to my emails very promptly and was there to welcome us when we arrived. Overall we had a very good time and would stay there again if we returned to Bordeaux.

Accueil agréable du propriétaire. L’appartement est fonctionnel, très propre, joliment décoré, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour comme chez soi. Bonne literie. A noter que la chambre n’a pas de fenêtre, mais une vitre qui donne sur la pièce de vie. Très bien situé, dans une belle bâtisse, cour intérieure, au calme, dans une petite rue typique du quartier historique St-Pierre, près de la jolie place Camille Jullian, avec ses terrasses de café (parking public en sous sol). Proche superette, restaurants, bars, pas loin de l’arrêt de la ligne de tram A Ste-Catherine. Je recommande ce charmant appartement.

Charming apartment within foot steps from everything!

Our host met us at the apartment and showed us around. He explained how everything worked and even recommended a couple restaurants near by. The apartment had all the amenities and was nice and quiet. We were able to walk to most of our destinations. We had the best boulangerie right by the apartment and two of our favorite restaurants were also within blocks. Would highly recommend this place and the price was very reasonable!
