Fully renovated and carefully furnished, it is the ideal pied-à-terre for a tourist or business stay.



In a lively neighbourhood and in immediate proximity to everything (shops, restaurants, transport). The train station is also quickly accessible.

Bathroom side: A modern and elegant shower room, equipped with a large basin.
Living side: A functional and well-equipped kitchen with microwave, hob and dishwasher, as well as a lounge area with flat-screen television and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Shared facilities: A washing machine is at your disposal in the building's cellar (shared space with 2 other studios).



The accommodation is entirely independent and situated on the 2nd and top floor of the building. You will have exclusive access throughout your stay, as well as shared access to the cellar for the laundry area.



Ideally situated in the heart of Bordeaux's vibrant atmosphere, you will be able to do everything on foot and move around very easily.

Due to its ultra-central location in a lively neighbourhood, the apartment is not best suited to travellers seeking absolute peace and quiet during their stay.
