Very friendly check in, even changed our room type without issue. Property is very convenient but a little west of the busiest part of town, so it was quiet. No issues with our stay, and already said we will definitely stay again next time we visit family. Beds are comfortable and bedding is more updated than photos show.

It was a quiet & convenient place to stay. The carpet in our room was greasy and stained. It appeared they were beginning to remodel at the opposite end so perhaps this will be remedied in the future. Upon reservation it stated it would include breakfast but there was none.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. No complaints except..booked thru hotels.com which we always do. And pay at property. Called hotel directly at 3 ( check in time) informed them we would be there closer to 9 or 10 ...at 6 they charged our card for 1 nite .only an issue because 1 i chose to pay at property 2 because I called and let them know when we would be there .they said its their(hotels) Policy .I asked what if I was going to pay cash. Well then its 100 deposit as well ...what good is it to pay at property if they charge it before I get there ? It was a nice hotel ill stsy there again..knowing what I know now I won't be surprised.
