"Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly ,was in a good location for the train station and football stadium. But is beside a busy main road so expect noise from traffic"

"Lovely little hotel very friendly staff, and pet friendly. Food was good and my husband had a huge fried breakfast. Mine was more than adequate. Dogs welcome in bar and lounge so very helpful for us. Had a little trouble parking as no dedicated parking but found a spot later in the free Car park behind the hotel. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean apart from a few stains on carpet. Am assuming that was done by a pet, but not ours I hasten to add. All in all we really liked this hotel and surroundings so would go back again if on area. Thank you "

"The property was in great condition and was well equipped with everything we needed for the duration of our stay. A couple of local stores ensured we had easy access to buy provisions. Two dog friendly pubs within a 5 minute walk. Great walks around the area kept the dogs exercised. "
