No remote for TV. Staff said twice it would be taken care of. Never was brought to our room. One side of the bed lights were unplugged and one of them was not working when plugged in. Bed is good. Room clean. AC works good

Very disappointed. The room smells bad and feels unclean. There are bugs in the microwave, the ceiling and walls are damaged, and the blanket has burn holes. Not worth the money.
