Bright & Spacious Loft Steps to the Freedom Trail

Welcome to our light-filled, open-concept loft in the heart of downtown, just a 4 minute walk to Boston Common and the start of the Freedom Trail.

Close to the Public Garden, Theater District, Beacon Hill, North End, Back Bay, Harborwalk and more!

Recently updated with a brand new memory foam mattress, new Casper pillows, and a new Samsung smart washer and dryer.

THE SPACE:

Enjoy high ceilings, polished concrete floors, a renovated bathroom, and chef's kitchen.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, big windows, and plenty of closet space. All linens and towels are 100% cotton.

There is also a full-size sofa bed with a plush mattress topper that we're happy to make up for you in advance - please request the sofa bed prior to arrival if you'll need it.

A fully-equipped chef's kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and bakeware, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, and sugar.

In the renovated bathroom, we provide shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a first aid kit, and a hairdryer.

We also provide laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, and a standing fan.

Most importantly, our loft is deep cleaned between every guest.

Please Note:

Central AC is on from about May to October, and heat is on from November to April. We also provide a space heater and portable AC.

Cable is not provided for the smart TV.

As we're in the heart of downtown, there is potential for urban noise.

Our building is on a pedestrian-only street. City cabs can drive onto our street, while Uber and Lyft can meet you in front of the Godfrey Hotel a 2 minute walk away.

For your comfort and safety, our building has security cameras in the common area entrance.

Great place in great location

Owners provided ear plugs which I thought was a great touch for someone who is sensitive to noise when sleeping. I live in NYC and require a sound machine to sleep. I utilized the sound machine on my phone and found I didn't need ear plugs at all. The area wasn't as noisy as expected considering it's excellent location to public transportation, shops and beautiful Boston Commons. The home was very clean, owners communicative, and easy instructions. Perfect!

Exactly as described

We had a couple of bumps in our stay but Aaron was very quick to fix them. We were located right by the orange line and were able to get anywhere we needed to. The place was exactly what we expected. Thanks Aaron!

This is property is as advertised -- well maintained and in a great location.

Photos and descriptions are accurate, the host is responsive and helpful. Location is excellent - near many things (Boston Commons, North End, Beacon Hill, Fanuel Hall, Aquarium, many restaurants, shopping, etc.) and access to the subway and bus lines is merely steps away. The property is clean and well stocked. We had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to use Aaron's place again. It was definitely worth the price.

Very clean with high ceilings and large windows. Brand new furnishings and appliances. Comfortable mattress. Subway station right out the door. Faneuil Hall 15 minutes walk, North end 20 minutes. Easy, clear instructions for check in. Great place!

Close to everything!

The loft is comfortable and inviting. Its close to Boston Commons, the freedom trail, Quincy market, the wharfs, the aquarium, everything. Amd you can get to Fenway on the green line to kenmore from park street station which is right around the corner. Aaron and Lu were so helpful. helpful. very responsivey rer and help

The apartment was as described with amazing amenities. It was clean and uncluttered. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. The location was convenient to basically anywhere in Boston. We walked everywhere, but the T is also just a few minutes away. We would highly recommend this rental.

Boston visit

The location was great, it’s on a very nice street with lots of activity and stores nearby. The condo was very spacious and clean with a lot of natural light coming in through the large windows. The bed was comfortable. There is a pull out couch which can be used as a second bed, just couldn’t find any bed sheets or pillow cases for it. Other than that the condo had everything that’s needed for a comfortable stay. Planning on staying here again and will recommend it to others

The Perfect Place!

This condo is absolutely perfect. The interior is modern and spacious with tons of natural light. The condo was spotless and the amenities are exactly as described. The host, Aaron, was so accommodating and communication was a breeze. The location could not have been better. From the entrance, you are literally just steps away from the Freedom Trail, specifically the Old South Meeting House. The "hop-on & hop-off" trolley is easily accessible as well. Fenway Park is a short ride away on the Green Line via the Park Street station which is only a three minute walk from the condo. Stop wasting your time looking at other listings and book this condo now.

Great location! My husband grew up outside Boston and commuted for college. At 75 he finally had the “ living in the city experience.” So close to the Common and T. We took advantage of the Senior Charlie Card and got around like locals. Shopping just outside our building! Highly recommend!
