Dirty, bed was hard, there was a blood stain in the closet, shower head looked like it was going to fall, there was some kind of foam looking stuff around the shower head, cockroach when we were checking out.

We booked a 2 queen bed room and the property did not have a 2 queen bed room when we tried to check in at 12am after a long journey. The front desk was not helpful at all and when I said we never got a call about the availability he said I start my shift at 11pm

There was no room service. We had to walk to the movie hall to get food. Also we order a taxi the next day to go to the hospita, which did not come. The breakfast snack was old.

This property is very out dated the pots and pans we used where dirty we borrowed the toaster and dont know when it was last cleaned we left 2 days early and they are saying we own them money and didn't give us a refund still fighting this

The room was clean, but not in the best of shape. It should be explained in Expedia that this a hotel that people live in on a weekly basis. They are out in the parking lots, in the hallways. The pictures on Expedia do not show a realistic picture.

Our room should have been listed as out of order. I find it very sad that someone actually cleaned that room and did not report any of it. The TV/remote was broken. The lights on the wall next to the bed were broken. The telephone in the room had the majority of the buttons taken off of it, and the toilet overflowed into the actual room.

Good stay for studying away from home.

Was a good stay away from home to get work done. Nicely furnished efficiency w large fridge and microwave. The only drawback was the fire alarm went off twice - i guess it’s a tradeoff for having rooms with kitchenettes.
