The hotel was lovely. Clean, comfortable with a nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's a little too far to walk to the T metro so used Ubers everyday to get to Boston. There were 3 of us so it was easier to do that than Uber to the T metro station then use the metro. But the hotel was really nice and worth the stay. Would definitely recommend it.

Travelled with family mainly for a bucket list trip to Fenway Park. Perfect location if you are open to using MBTA transit, which is TOTALLY worth it. Get yourself a CharlieCard, put some $ on it and you can get everywhere on MBTA (historic sites, museums, Fenway, etc.), you just need to plan a bit. Hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Medford/Tufts station which has plenty of parking ($20 all day). One of the elevators was in and out of service, and the pool floor could use a re-do, but nothing disrupted us at all. Front desk and housekeeping staff were great, rooms are very spacious, great spread for breakfast. Also Medford has plenty to do itself if not heading to the city. A+!

Rooms were good, breakfast was fabulous, checkin experience was nice. Only downside was the elevators , for a 8 floor building having only one elevator working on a busy Sunday morning was really inconvenient causing us to wait for almost 20-25 min for elevator and as carrying a stroller there was no choice :(

10/10 Hotel& Staff. Even with the ongoing renovations I can't say enough good things about the staff, rooms, parking. Clean rooms. Incredibly sweet and extremely helpful staff. Will 100% be staying here again.
