Our stay here was good. We needed an affordable place to stay one night while we were in town for a wedding. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The area is very busy with a lot of traffic. We have no complaints.

Room had roaches, a couple was outside all night smoking and doing god knows what. Alot of activity all night long. Door didnt seem to latch properly and way over priced i wouldnt pay $50 for that room.

For the amount of money we paid to stay here it was not worth it. The room smelled of cigarettes the moment we stepped in and the floors were dirty. They did provide clean bedding and towels, as well as hand soap and shampoo/conditioner. The staff was very friendly and easy to get in touch with and there was plenty of parking. It served it's purpose of us just needing a place to stay but we felt unsafe leaving our luggage there from previous reviews so we had to bring it with us. The photo's online do not reflect the quality of the space.

It was okay, one night only is enough

The room was clean, mattress was decent, staff was nice. Our room was down a hallway so could not hear street traffic as much. The outside looks like a typical street motel in average shape. Downside was an inconsiderate man was smoking at end of hallway so smoke was infiltrating into our room.

Had a whoopsie with a reservation that was my fault but the night clerk / staff was absolutely amazing. He still accommodate me and my friend and we were SO grateful. What outstanding customer service in a pinch ! Thank you so much

No bugs or stains. Did smell bad. Hot water was temperamental. Didn’t feel safe to go outside in my room at night. But if you don’t want to spend 700 a night to stay in Salem it’s a cheap alternative. That being said the room should be half the price.

Our stay at the plaza Inn was definitely not what we expected. We stayed in the hotel for five days and four nights, and the staff did not once come to clean our room, make our beds, give us fresh towels or take any of our garbage. The bed was extremelyuncomfortable and the bedding was so light, We were freezing cold, and the heater was so loud that every time it would kick in, we would wake up. You can’t tell from the pictures, but this hotel is right on the side of the very busy and loud highway. And the walls of the room were so thin you could hear the highway noise, and other guests, loud and clear! I would not ever stay here again, and would not recommend anyone else to either!
