"The hostess at the property, Maria was lovely. She was very kind, thoughtful and attentive. The property was neat and tidy and well kept. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Birmingham. Just make sure you double check the address and that you are going to the correct address as there are 2 Domo Boutique Hotels in Birmingham!"

"When I booked I didn’t realise it was a self entry hotel but the instructions provided by the manager were clear & easy to follow & I encountered no problems. My room was clean & comfortable with good amenities including a small fridge & microwave & the shower was a decent one. Overall I’d happily stay here again."

"Room: would not recommend for long stay, rooms are not as photos show Staff: excellent staff very friendly and helpful Shops: in close proximity 5-10minutes to shops and grocery"

"Reasonably clean and kept. Fine for one night"

"The hotel is in a good location, a short walk from St Paul’s metro stop. The front desk staff were helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The light switches were awkwardly placed as had to switch on the bathroom light from the bedside switches. I personally don’t like wet rooms but it was a good shower. The bed was very comfortable. There’s a tea and coffee machine in reception, and tea is free."

"Great hotel and location. Tram line just there"

"Spacious room, good breakfast, good workout facility and a central location. Definitely will be back"

"Very helpful staff and really well situated"

"The staff was very helpful and nice will come again"

"Great location"

"Extremely old fashioned furniture . Very dusty . Bed linen got marks on bed low and uncomfortable. Didn’t stay the night went to concert and drove. Extremely disappointing. Needs more care and attention. Would not recommend and certainly not stay again"
