Stay in a 17th Century Mill in the Heart of the Loire Valley!

Experience a unique getaway in a renovated old mill, nestled in an idyllic setting between vineyards and forests. Located on the banks of the peaceful Changeon River, just 6 km from Bourgueil. This haven of tranquility immerses you in the charm of the French countryside.

With 4 comfortable bedrooms, this character house can accommodate up to 9 people, ideal for relaxing moments with family or friends. Explore the famous Loire castles and taste regional wines right at your doorstep!

The house is spread over 3 levels.
- Ground floor:
A large, comfortable, and cozy living room with a functional wood fireplace, TV with Free channels
A well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and regular coffee makers, induction cooktop, and electric oven)

- First floor:
A bathroom with shower and double sink, with access to the laundry room (washer and dryer)
Bedroom 1: 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet
Two additional folding beds are available.

- Second floor:
Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160x200
Bedroom 4: 2 beds 90x200 or 1 bed 180x200
For children: a play area on the first floor, a travel cot, and a high chair.
You'll also have access to the mill's machinery, an incredible space steeped in history where you can relax.

Outside, in front of the house, you'll find garden furniture, a hammock, and a barbecue in the garden.
The parking area accommodates 2 cars.

Parties are not allowed.

Bed linen/towels are not included in the price: you can bring your own or rent them (double bed kit: €25/bed including towels for two people / single bed kit: €20/bed including towels for two people, beds not made on arrival).

Household linen (tea towels, bath mats) and cleaning products are provided.

Check-in time is from 4 PM to 7 PM with physical welcome and key handover.

After 7 PM, arrival is self-check-in with a key box. We are always available if needed.
