Clean and well appointed rooms. The staff was incredible, friendly, and wonderfully accommodating. The breakfast was top notch. We've stayed here twice and will certainly stay again when we are in the area.

We enjoyed a four night stay here on arrival from Australia, for a family wedding. We had booked a family room. Two queen sized beds. I absolutely LOVE this place. Property is gorgeous, rooms comfortable and clean. Easy walks around and the staff were very helpful. I will be back without question as this is a great peaceful place I wish to return to and soon. Breakfast spread was good as well! We were in a bind for the last night of our stay; the staff went above and beyond to help us, very lovely people, and we wish them all the best.

Room was not ready after arriving after check in time. Was given a different room and found it not clean. Got changed to another room and staff was fast to get crib for our child fast.

Everything was as it should be. Had to pay £10 for shuttle bus which was unexpected. I didn't have to pay this when I stayed at other similar nearby hotels. Need to take this into consideration when comparing prices.

Room was clean. Included breakfast had hot items including bacon, sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and beans. There was also yoghurt, cereal, croissants, muffins and juices. Coffee machines were excellent. I had a couple pints at the bar in the evenings and they were reasonably priced too. Bed was comfortable. Air-conditioning was excellent. A little far away from the city centre but there is a bus stop called the Parkway right on the other side of the tram tracks.

Room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was worth the expense. You do have to pay for parking, but that's begining to be standard at most airport hotels.

Great hotel if you have an early morning flight or you want to just get off the plane and straight to a hotel. Walkable from every terminal. About 10-15 min walk from Terminal 3 through the covered walkways.
