"We will be staying here again! James, the owner was fabulous. Communication was so easy. He always responded quickly. He let us check in early. The place was stocked with everything we needed. So many towels, pillows and blankets. The place was clean and quiet. It was so close to everything we needed. I can’t say enough great things about this rental and its owner. "

"Breakfast start time was posted as 630am, but it didn't open until 7am, too late for our early departure. There was no information we could find for a TV guide. We stumbled on it as channel 1. The front desk person could not help us. "

"We had a good stay. The house was well stocked & overall. The yard was large & peaceful. Convenient location. The only issue was that the online listing showed one room having a king-size bed, but it did not. The largest beds at the property were queen-size beds."

"The house is not clean. It has cockroaches. And bedbugs. The bathroom does not have much hot water. The beds are very soft and one of them had a hole in the middle. It is not a very confortable stay. It has holes on the walls."

"Joshua was so helpful and accommodating to our family for our stay. There are not many options other than hotels for the west mobile area so we were happy to find this one. The property was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood it is in felt safe and it was a great central location for us, though it is an older neighborhood with lower priced homes. Overall would give 5 stars for the actual home and owner. "This comes with uninvited roomates that look like they live their full time with multiple legs! Its a Dump! Pictures do not reveal the level of furniture and overall conditions. I am always amazed how good photographers can make a place look!"
