Bridger guesthouse, 1/2 way between MSU/Downtown!

This spacious 3 bed home located just south of Downtown, is in an ideal Bozeman location for families, people visiting MSU, or Bozeman in general. It is about a mile walk north to downtown, a mile walk west to MSU, a mile walk to the south lies the Museum of the Rockies, and a mile to the east on top of Peet's Hill in Burke Park. Outside, the deck is great for grilling. We have been hosting guests here since 2016. In winter, the ski hills are never far off. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. This is a 800 sq ft 3 bedroom 1 bath. It has a stackable laundry center, full kitchen with cooking utensils, a full bath, which includes towels, and the bedrooms have hangars and bedding. It is furnished, and has a computer station, with laptop space, and a small library which you can use as a resource to plan your trip in the area. Please return the books. The living room has a TV, and internet/wifi. The entire yard and apartment is included. We live just 2 doors down. We are quick to get you what you need, but give you plenty of space. This is a quintessential college town neighborhood, but boasts great access to the city trail system and nearby parks. Christie fields, Bogert Park, Lindley Park, Burke Park/Peet's Hill, and the Gallagator Linear Trail system are all very close. There are MANY small independent coffee shops/breweries/eateries within walking distance, and of course, the campus of MSU and downtown are about a mile away. If you are a student, or family of a student, looking to check out the campus for MSU Fridays, or just whenever, let Mike know, as he is a graduate of the Microbiology program, and can fill you in. This may be the best neighborhood for college kids in town, as it is quieter, has amazing access to the town and its amenities, and sits in the middle of much of the downtown parklands. There is a free bus system (Streamline) in Bozeman, and you can pretty much just walk to wherever you want to go. We routinely water, weed, and mow the grass, usually on the weekends, but if the weather is rainy, the dates vary. We try not to be intrusive and will notify you in advance.
