About this property

Historic 8th Ave Home - 5 BDRM Downtown Bozeman

  • Welcome to our cheerful, cozy 5-bedroom home, tucked into the historic Cooper Park neighborhood in the heart of Bozeman. Built in 1932, this charming home sits on a peaceful, tree-lined street surrounded by parks and green space — just a 5-minute walk from downtown and a short drive to Bridger Bowl ski area, Hyalite Canyon, the Madison River, and countless other outdoor escapes. Lovingly cared for by Erin, a Superhost, your stay is sure to be a memorable one.

What makes this home truly rare in downtown Bozeman is its versatility: it can be enjoyed as one spacious house or thoughtfully divided into two private units for added privacy. The upstairs and downstairs each have their own private entrance, yet remain connected by an interior staircase—making it ideal for large groups of friends or multiple families traveling together. Each floor features its own bedrooms (two upstairs, three downstairs), a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a full living room. You truly won't find another home like it in downtown Bozeman.

We're only one block from Main Street, where you'll discover Bozeman's best restaurants, shops, and cafés, with several beloved breakfast, lunch, and coffee spots just a 2-minute walk away. Cooper Park and the nearby nature trails are right down the street, offering a peaceful retreat just steps from the heart of town.

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the front yard, backyard, and driveway and parking area. The owner resides in a separate private dwelling on the property with its own entrance. The backyard is the only shared outdoor space.

Pet Policy: Dogs are warmly welcomed (no cats, please—we're allergic!). We allow up to two dogs per booking, and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 per pet is due at the time of booking. This policy applies to service animals as well. Please note that I also have a friendly dog who lives on the property, so guest dogs must be well-behaved and get along with other dogs.

Accessibility: As a historic home with stairs, our property is unfortunately not equipped to accommodate guests with mobility needs or wheelchairs.
